PRE-SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER

  • 1. Responsible for converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) including engage with the prospect to facilitate this conversion.

    2. Following up on inbound leads.

    3. Setting up physical visits/ meetings with Accounts Executive.

    4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates

    5. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

    6. Technical proposal preparation.

  • 1. Diploma and above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.

    2. Minimum 1 years of proven track of pre-sales/consulting sales experience.

    3. Experience in Solution Sales Selling.

    4. Experience in test equipment & measuring tool field.

    5. Team Player with strong technical and communication skills.

    6. Service-oriented with good command of spoken and written English.

    7. Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).

    8. Good Interpersonal, Organization, Presentation, and Communication skills.

    9. Self-motivated and hard working.

    10. Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
